Payment Plans

Participants who select a payment plan agree to complete all scheduled payments totaling the full retreat investment.

Your registration is considered a commitment to the full retreat price, regardless of whether you choose to pay in full or through a payment plan.

Payments are automatically due according to the payment schedule provided at registration. Failure to make a scheduled payment does not automatically cancel your registration or release you from the remaining balance.

If a scheduled payment is not received, the retreat organizer may contact you to arrange payment. If the account remains unpaid, your registration may be cancelled and any payments already made may be subject to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because retreat accommodations, meals, transportation, activities, staffing, and other arrangements are secured in advance, cancellations are subject to the following refund schedule. Refund eligibility is based on the date written cancellation is received.

120+ days before the retreat: 100% of payments made are fully refundable.
90-119 days before the retreat: 50% of payments made will be refunded and 50% of payments made are credited towards future retreats.
30–89 days before the retreat: 25% of payments made will be refunded. 75% of payments made will be credited towards future retreats
Less than 30 days before the retreat: 50% of payments made will be credited towards future retreats. The remainder of payments made are non-refundable.

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.

Payment Plan Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a payment plan and cancel your registration, future scheduled payments will be cancelled once your written cancellation has been received and processed, subject to the cancellation terms above.

Any refund will be calculated based on the total amount actually paid at the time of cancellation. Participants will not be required to make future payments after an approved cancellation, except where otherwise specifically stated in this agreement.

Non-Refundable Expenses

The retreat organizer is not responsible for expenses incurred by participants outside of the retreat registration fee, including airfare, transportation, travel insurance, lodging outside the retreat dates, or other personal expenses.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may request to transfer your registration to another person, subject to organizer approval.

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the retreat. A $100 administrative transfer fee may apply.

The replacement participant must agree to all retreat terms and payment obligations. A transfer does not create an additional retreat space or entitle the original participant to a refund beyond the terms of the approved transfer.

Retreat Cancellation by Organizer

If the retreat must be cancelled by the organizer for reasons within the organizer's control, participants will receive a refund of amounts paid toward the retreat, less any non-refundable third-party expenses that have already been incurred on the participant's behalf, as permitted by applicable law.

If the retreat must be cancelled or substantially altered due to circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events, the organizer will communicate available options to participants.
