Crizzle is a yoga enthusiast, practitioner, a business consultant, a retreat and sound bath facilitator, and health and wellness advocate. With a 200-hr training certified through yoga alliance. She has a passion and deep love for yoga and all things wellness, such as daily breath-work, sound healing and meditation practices.
Blending yogic principles with contemporary mindfulness. She curates classes and retreats for a full body experience, drawing you to fully inhabit your body and your space, to both challenge and create a practice for everybody, as well as a safe and accepting environment. Encouraging you to come as you are, take what serves, leave what doesn’t and to find ease and flow in challenges on and off the mat.
Her healing journey led her here, serving and holding space for people like you, who are called to the healing journey. To share her gift, her medicine, the medicine of movement, of breath, to be a bridge to higher consciousness.
